NISPET APARTMENT

This is a ‘brand’ new 3 bedroom Apartment situated on the 2^nd floor.

There is a separate kitchen with table and chairs, hob, fridge, microwave etc.  The bathroom is fitted with shower cubicle.  There is also a large air conditioning unit in the lounge.  Mosquito nets on windows.

 

Travel cot and high chair can be supplied on request.

 

The Nispet apartment is situated in the old town and is close to the

Saturday market, bars, restaurants, and within walking distance of the

Ancient Temple of Apollo, which is well worth a visit.

The sandy beach can be accessed by local ‘Dolmus’ (bus) in 5 minutes

or a 30 minute walk.  There is a large supermarket close by.

 

Rates

Low Season   -      Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb/March - £100 per week

Mid-Season    -     April/May/September/October - £180 per week

High Season   -      June/July/August - £240 per week
